Benjamin (Hebrew: בִּנְיָמִין; Modern: Binyamin; Tiberian: Binyamîn) is the twelveth and youngest son of Jacob (latter named by Hashem as Israel), with Rachel. He is also the father of the Ancient Israelite Tribe of Benjamin and of the Benjaminites.
And they journeyed from Bethel; and there was but a little way to come to Ephrath: and Rachel travailed, and she had hard labour. And it came to pass, when she was in hard labour, that the midwife said unto her, Fear not; thou shalt have this son also. And it came to pass, as her soul was in departing, (for she died) that she called his name Benoni: but his father called him Benjamin.

The Prophetic Blessing of Jacob prior to his death:
And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days. Gather yourselves together, and hear, ye sons of Jacob; and hearken unto Israel your father. Benjamin shall ravin as a wolf: in the morning he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil.

The Tribe of Benjamin
The Tribe of Benjamin (Shevet Benyamin) is one of the Twelve Tribes of Israel.
